Thank you for purchasing your Kranken Snow Chain Tensioners. We stand behind the quality of our product and offer a limited warranty as follows:

Warranty Coverage:

• Covers defects in materials and workmanship for products used under normal conditions
• Valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase

What’s Covered:

• Breakage or failure during normal, intended use
• Defects in construction or components
• Premature material degradation

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from misuse, over-tensioning, or improper installation
• Damage caused by road hazards, wrecks, or collisions
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Use with incompatible tire sizes or vehicles
• Use in off-road, commercial, or fleet settings (unless stated)

To File a Claim:

1. Contact our Warranty department via email at support@thekranken.com
2. Provide:
   • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
   • At least 3 clear photos of the issue
   • Description of the use case and problem

Warranty Remedy:

• If approved, we’ll provide a replacement product or store credit
• Warranty is non-transferable and valid only to the original purchaser
